- Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery time is generally 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing in the destination country.
- Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Avelia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).
